POLICE: Caldwell used a revolver-style handgun to shoot the sufferer within the leg
BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne law enforcement officials arrested D’nard Caldwell, 28, after a taking pictures incident within the 300 block of Crown Bl.
